Dear Jesse,

 Forgive us for not writing sooner, but we went to the NJ shore for some R&R early Sunday morning and just returned last night.  You are not a DELIMAN.  YOU ARE A SUPERMAN!  We cannot thank you enough for your professionalism.  You followed through on each and every detail. Ray and I hardly tasted your food, but everyone is still raving about each and every dish.  Someone remarked that your kugel was the best ever, and she considered herself a kugel maven.  What's your secret??  There was plenty of food to serve the large crowd, which was more than we had expected.  Ray had just returned form the March of the Living, and unbenownst to us, the leader had sent an e mail to the participants to come to the Bar Mitzvah.   That's why there were so many extra people.  But thanks to your planning, there was enough food to go around.  In all the excitement and tumult, we did not tip the help.  We would like to acknowledge the great job that they did.  How do we do that now?  We are leaving again tomorrow morning-this time to British Columbia, for a Bat Mitzvah, but we will be back on Tuesday.  Thanks again for a great job.  With lots of luck, we'll engage you for his 3rd!!
